Plano Criminal Defense Attorney: Mac Morris

I handle everything from DWI to serious drug offenses, and many other criminal matters.

My name is Mac Morris and I am the only attorney at my firm. If you need a Plano criminal defense attorney to talk to about your case, call me. I will not pass you over to an associate attorney. I will personally handle your case and give you the legal information many attorneys charge for.  My goal is to make sure you have the right attorney, not the right priced attorney. 

I was raised in Hobart, Oklahoma and went to undergraduate school at Southwestern Oklahoma State University where I graduated in 1982.  I began my 10 year teaching and coaching career in Texas in 1982.  I received my Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in December 1994 and began the representation of people arrested, accused or charged with criminal offenses in May 1995. 

I have extensive experience handling criminal defense matters in the defense of the accused in both State and Federal court systems.  I handle all types of state cases including DWI/DUI, Drug Possession or Delivery, Assaults (Domestic Violence all the way to Aggravated Assaults with a Deadly Weapon), and Probation Revocations. In the Federal Courts I have handled Drug Conspiracy Crimes to Armed Robbery of an Armored Car. Many cases were resolved by jury trial while others are beneficially resolved by a negotiated plea bargain.
